Herbal Cures – A Perfect Choice
Today there are more and more people giving natural herbal cures a try. This is for a variety of reasons; negative side effects and costs are likely the two biggest factors. There is an herbal cure for just about any condition or ailment that could arise. Let’s go through a few of them so you can get a better idea of just how simple some of these are.
Let’s say that you develop a case of bronchitis. Well, you could go to the doctor and get a prescription and probably some cough suppressants but first why not give this a try? Lobelia is an herb available in a dried leave form. Boil about 1 cup of water and add about 1/2 tsp of the dried Lobelia leaves and let it steep for about 15 minutes. Drink this roughly three times per day and you will feel your chest open up and you will be able to excrete all of that mucus.
If you find yourself with bladder stones then you need to get your hands on some Parslane, either seeds or leaves. This will help to break up the agglomerates in the bladder which will ease the passage of urine. Any time that there is pain associated with urinating, it is a warning signal. Infuse the seeds with some coconut water for immediate relief and then follow up with water to ensure a sufficient quantity.
Bishop weed and Ajowan seeds work great for an earache. Mix about 1/2 teaspoon of the seeds in a small amount of milk until the seeds literally permeate the milk. Then filter the milk and proceed to use it as ear drops at room temperature.
Colitis? Try one of these two herbal remedies, add 20 drops of Echinacea to enema water that you would be using or if you are having discomfort in your stomach then add about three tbsp of whole hops after it is soaked in a cup of cold water. Sip on it throughout the day, especially right before you decide to eat.
Maybe you have found yourself with some food poisoning after eating something that was cooked improperly. You can try one of three different herbs: peppermint tea, goldenseal tea, or ginger tea. All will offer relief if you drink it daily for about three days.
Regardless of what problem you may be having it is almost guaranteed that there is an herb that has cured or alleviated the problem. Go ahead and give them a try. It is likely that you will be surprised at how much relief you may find.
